Terms of Service

Effective date: August 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your purchase of handmade jewelry from Dreamy Design, operated by Darshana Deep Rathod, Gujarat, India. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. How orders work

All orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp (+91 70691 99988). An order is considered confirmed only after you receive an explicit confirmation message from us. Browsing the website or sending an inquiry does not constitute an order.

2. Pricing

Prices are communicated directly via WhatsApp. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; the price communicated at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

3. Payment

TODO: Owner to specify accepted payment methods (e.g., UPI, NEFT, Cash on Delivery) and whether advance payment or full payment is required at the time of order.

4. Custom orders

Custom orders are welcomed. For custom designs, please share your requirements, reference images, preferred colors, and size via WhatsApp. We will confirm feasibility and timeline before accepting the order.

TODO: Owner to state the standard turnaround time for custom orders (e.g., "Custom orders typically take [X–Y] working days from the date of payment confirmation.").

Once production has begun on a custom order, it cannot be cancelled. Please review all design details carefully before confirming.

5. Delivery & shipping

TODO: Owner to state: (a) shipping areas served, (b) estimated delivery timelines, (c) shipping costs if any, (d) whether tracking is provided.

6. Returns & exchanges

TODO: Owner to state the returns and exchange policy, including: (a) whether returns are accepted, (b) conditions (e.g., unused, original packaging), (c) timeframe for raising a return request, (d) who pays return shipping.

Custom and personalised items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7. Damaged or incorrect orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it promptly — either by replacing the item or offering a suitable remedy.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the property of Dreamy Design. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Dreamy Design's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the items purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
